My scooby's been doing this for a while. It's a 02 plate wrx. Mods are afterburner vortex exhaust(2nd decat), gfb vta dump valve and jr panel filter. On cold days when turbo starts to cut in, feels like turbo is on,off,on,off,on,off yet on warm days no hesitation and pulls clean throught rev range. any ideas......................
