Be interested to see what you get, its the same spec as my brothers except for the fuel pressure reg and the 20G (Std TD05) and he got 310bhp.

Hi Drew : I think we have very similar specs.

Sigma / Simtek ECU Map no MAF sensor
Revolution exhaust and one of my own 3" open neck downpipes. Downpipe is heat wrapped.
My own intake system with parallel cylinder K+N filter and cold air heat divider.
740cc injectors
One of my own Hybrid intercoolers GT spec.
AP Racing clutch
Machined flywheel to 7.4kg.
Walbro 255 lph 341 pump
3 port solenoid comes with Simtek ECU along with air charge sensor
Fuel lab FPR
My own ported and wrapped OE headers and matched uppipe.
My own TD05-06 20g turbo. Heat wrapped.

422 bhp on V-Power plus 2mls per litre NF.

Where are you getting it rolling roaded ?

Not sure yet and is due to do the mapping in a couple of weeks. Are there any good RR near andy or on the way throught scotland as ill be driving to meet friends in stranaer before we head to USC at the pod.

Also i have a twin dump down pipe and was thinking of changing what price are your open neck ones harvey?

Cheers

The 93 WRX has an advantage over the Version 2's as they had a closed deck block.

The only reason the version 1 was 240 aposed to the 260 of the verson 2 was a different map and more boost. internals etc are the same.

seen car with near enough sdame spec pushing out 330 bhp and that was a 93 on a k plate so wont be far off your figures... its all down to the mapping but andy f is top boy there so maybe a bit more than than 330..

I would think he'd get a good bit more with a 20G.

My '93 is conservatively Andy F mapped (to preserve the gearbox) and is only a maxed out 16G @ 325 bhp.

I will probably get it mapped to the point were its not putting to much strain on the gearbox as it will probably go first rather than the engine.

So hoping to stay around 350 but if andy says it will take more than ill let him work more magic but i would be pleased with 350.

will i would be very pleased with 365. but im sure as everyone knows it will only last for a while and then i think it would be time for an engine rebuild and more power.

365 ish @ 1.4bar dependant on which fuel you are on...
I take it Andy has mentioned the need to upgrade the MAF for a 300zx or Version 3/4 STi MAF as I didn't see it in your spec....

When mine was mapped 1995 wrx i could not go over 300 bhp without a diff maf! I went for 22b maf, that sorted that problem, I have very sim mods to u, Bar the 20g, and made 310!!!!! I'd like a bit more out of it, not sure why it doesn't produce more
steve.
