I know the bottom of the up-pipe just mounts to the right hand side manifold, there are 5 holes at the top, 3 hold the turbo in place, I presume the other 2 mount to the engine or transmission, can anyone confirm that? (don't want a nasty surprise!)

Mount to a bracket that sits off the engine.... locates the turbo/uppipe to the block.


Give the bolts a good soaking in wd40 and leave overnight before thinking of un doing them

Block or gear box case i think..... been a year since i had mine off so cant be deff.

 

It mounts off of the head.
