had my my06 2.5 wrx mapped by andy f a few months ago, since ive fitted a sti v8 tmic and now im going to replace the up pipe with a de-cat, will i need another remap
Sorry for the hijack but I'm assuming a remap is needed because the standard map can only adjust fueling so far. And a freer flowing exhaust, better filter etc mean more air than the ecu can adjust fueling for?
No remap would mean more boost and air in the engine with too little fuel = not good. So it would be better to fit all at once and get one remap instead of loads.
cheers
