Default Dead Scooby - No Power to Fuel Pump

Car died on Saturday, no warning, just ground to a halt. Mr nice RAC man diagnosed no power to the fuel pump (Black/Yellow wire to the connector under the rear seat).
Tried a bit of diagnosis today..
Found what i think is the fuel pump relay under the dash (by driver's right knee).
Green connector, wires:
Black/red (permanent 12V),
Black/Yellow (looks like it has been cut and soldered to a black wire that I suspect is part of the immobiliser/alarm),
Green/red (+12V Ignition),
Green/black (0V for 3s after Ign On, then goes to 12v so relay disconnects).

Anyhow, there is no power getting to the fuel pump Black/yellow wire so I think something in the security system has crapped out.
The Subaru branded alarm (Sigma M30) was fitted in the UK to make the car Thatcham Cat 1 compliant.

Can anybody describe the function of the green/black wire to the FP relay, plus how the alarm is hooked into the system? I know it performs a crank disable, but does it also splice into the FP feed?
Please PM if this info is "top secret"!

Car is a 99MY UK turbo.
Thanks!
