I picked them up tday for a good price but 1 has a small hairline crack, I wondered if its possible to get replacements, I was thinking of trying Pete.C.

I also need the wiring kit, how much are these roughly to buy??

Yes you can get replacement lenses (which aren't much cheaper than a new lamp unit). If the lamps are Oscar +, try Pete. If any other Cibie, Demon Tweeks/Peter Lloyd Rallying/EARS. They do the Oscar + in fog/drive/long range, so make sure you order the correct lens if you go anywhere but ScoobySport.
