Exclamation bad idle!! help please!!

as above
car is a 93 wrx with scoobyecu.decat, and hks power filter mapped for 97ron
it still has a lumpy idle changed maf, icv, changed fuel...gapped plugs to 0.8mm no hestition on boost ..changed lambda repostioned in the down pipe...when car is cold try to start it ....it stalls.start it up again car then revs up to 1500.then starts to drop slowly ...engine is still cold ..on tickover the engine speed drops slightly then picks up ..when warm it idles about 800.
still engine speed drops slightly then picks up...does this all the time lately could this be the fuel??? gaps ??this is driving me mad
plus it is crap on fuel 10.00 of ron 97 =23miles since i put the scooby ecu in help please

okay so it is nothing to do with the scoobyecu then.. but why fit it when you have a problem? best to remove all variables etc..

has it ever idled fine since you owned it and then changed or has it always been like it?

have you tried increasing the idle with the idle valve adjustment? two small screws to loosen it and then turn it slightly clockwise will increase idle.
