Replacing rear bumper trim on classic

Replacing rear bumper trim on classic
1997 UK wagon.
I need to replace the black trim piece on the o/s of the rear bumper, but wondering if a replacement will include the mounting kit, as the little metal brackets it mounts to are bent out of shape. Or are they available seperately, or indeed can they be replaced? The dealership don't seem to know what you get, and can't look at it without ordering it.
Anyone replaced / removed this part?
