Default Apexi and PSI3

Am I right in saying the obd socket will no longer work right with a Apexi ecu fitted,
Only I have just ordered a PSI3 for my classic and wanted to install a Apexi but im sure i read that the socket the psi3 uses becomes redundent,
Can anyone help ?

Yeah won't work..

as you are probably aware.. use it and get ecu EcuTek'd or sell the PSI3 and use the commander instead.
