Default MY99 STI 5 - which oil?

As title really: which viscosity/type/brand of oil do you recommend for an STI 5. Only got simple mods (remap, exhaust, STI8 intercooler, 3-port) and generally is driven for fun and thus fairly hard when warmed up.

I first used Motul 300v 10w40, now with the warmer weather, Silkolene Pro S 10w50. Both do their job fine. Motul smells like popcorn, but the Silkolene is a cool purple colour LOL
