Question Does anyone have a photo of all the components needed to fit the SX FPR?

Hi all,

I recently bought a FPR secound hand, I've just come to fit it but I've realised its missing the adaptor needed to fit it to the engine.

Thing is I don't know what it should look like. From what I've worked out its a flat piece of metal with two holes in the top two corners, with a small piece of tubing sticking out from the centre.

I'm going to have to get one machined, as SX don't sell them separately. Unless, Does anyone have one laying around? I need it to fit to a pre-facelift Impreza.

Does anyone have a photo or a link to a photo showing all the components in the kit when bought from new, or or a SX fitted to their car. Any help will be very much appreicated.

I think you are talking about the adapter to fit onto the fuel rail. It replaces the existing FPR body.
Try Carl Davey who makes them for classics. They have a barb outlet to fit a fuel hose to the adjustable FPR.
If anyone knows who does newage adapters with a 6AN fitting in the UK I'd much appreaciate it.

If you want a picture of a whole kit then do a search on Ebay for "Subaru fuel" or try the flat4online shop.

Does anyone have contact details for Carl DAVEY other than his E-mail address?

I ordered a FPR bypass adaptor from him last week, and its yet to arrive and I'm getting no reply to my E-mails.

I'm sure all is well, but its playing havoc with my modding plans missing this dam part.
