Default Really fast when semi warm, slow when hot

I know the above happens anyway.
But my car seems really really fast in the morn or the frist few miles of my journey.
When the engine gets hot (after about 5 miles), I seem to get boost problems, when in 4th and 5th I get a spike in my boost.
The boost gauge normally goes to 1.2 bar (as I have a turbo 2000 with PPP), but when I get the boost prb the needle goes upto 2/2.5 bar and drops down again.....
I also dont seem to get the UUMMMMFFFF of putting your head back in the seat when I put my foot down.
Its gettign annoying, its been doing this for about 4 months and I have not had time to sort it. this morn the car was really really repsponsive and almost put it into a field as I forgot how fast it was when there are no prbs with it.

Now I have plugged the cables in under the dash to do diag, no errors found.
Im thinking it could be a maf sensor prob? or lamda? I kwow that sometimes when these go faulty they wont show an error as I have have a prb with the maf before and changed.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

You shouldn't be driving it fast first thing in the morning till it's warmed up. I'd term first few miles as cold and 5 miles as up to normal operating temp !

2.5bar is one hell of a boost spike ! I'd expect it to be hitting fuel cut at this point ? Is the car decatted/got induction without any ecu mapping?

By the sound of the post this car is what I'd term 'screwed'. Watch out for this one going on sale and avoid !

Any noticable noise when on boost? It could be a boost leak, that would cause the readings to go higher, but a loss in performance.
If you bear in mind that most materials contract when cold, and expand when hot, that would explain why you are getting it when its hot. In this case, rubber and aluminum, if there was a small in either when cold, it would be bigger when hot.
