Uk MY96 VS APEXI FC ECU
Hay guys just got one of these ecu units and a TD05 for my uk but wanted to know do i really need to get 440cc injectours for 330bhp or can i use the one's already in the car?

you could always get a pressure regulator and run a higher pressure, however you would be better upgrading the injectors. If you check out Jollygreenmonsters website, I am sure he sells some higher spec injectors for a reasonable price. He also maps the apexi as well

I was told by the guys in the know that I would have to uprate injectors to break the 320 mark, was told to uprate the pump to a walbro even if I don't change injectors.
Trouble is second hand injectors are always a gamble and new ones aren't cheap.

Yes 550s would be ideal.. 440s run to about 320 depending on whose rollers.. upping the fuel pressure will allow a little more. . but price of 440s + regulator (a decent one) you may as well just do 550s.
As said it is worth fitted a walbro fuel pump.. just for piece of mind and because they don't cost the earth.

was going to say - i've spent double that just on pissy little bits and havent even started on power!
defo go for 550's - would much rather have injectors running at lower duty cycle

You will need 440cc + uprated Pressure for 330BHP (at least).
And also consider a larger TMIC or a FMIC as the standard ones get a bit inefficient above 300BHP.
If your car is a pre facelift then you already have a TD05 on it and defo need an intercooler to replace the slanty one..
