ecu codes?

got ecu fault codes tellin me somat wrong with throttle postion sensor and idle control switch, do these sensors just need cleanin and then a reset or are we talking alterations and replacing sensors?

From my experience when a sensor throws a CEL then it probably needs changing, but of course try a clean out first it costs nothing only time.
