API: Decat Down Pipe!
Just had an API 3'' d/p decat for my racing Sti V3.
The big sport cat I had on seems to be strangling the engine, so time for another decat.
The bell mouth 3'' all the way through was such a good fit it is untrue.
I have tried 6 down pipes over the last 3 years, but this one just dropped into place, ALL the nuts and bolts finger tightened without fuss, and the pipe missed every crossmember, AND matched my beloved Revolution 3'' perfectly; as in perfectly.
Started the job today to fit it at 5.30am and finished in time to make breakfast for the wife at 7.30am exactly!
Very impressed.

Yes, suppose I am now, bit like 50% of all Impreza drivers!
The system after the d/p is in fact my trusty Revolution system, sounds like this:

No CEL's and it reves like it used to again.

Next spectator hillclimb in the Midlands is next weekend at Prescott Hillclimb, near Gotherington, close to Cheltenham.
About 4 miles from Power Station and the M5.
Great twisty track with good facilities etc.
