Low Boost Pressure
I have just fitted a boost gauge to my my94 Type Ra and it is reading as though i am only running 10psi of boost. It was mapped last year and was upped to between 16 and 18psi.
I have already checked the boost solenoid which is moving fine. I have also removed the pipe from the actuator to see what happened(didnt drive hard) it boosted past 10psi like this.
Anyone any other ideas so i can sort it?????
Thanks in advance

Mine had similar symptoms to this and turned out to be the inlet pipe from turbo under inlet manifold to air box, the black rubber pipe had perished under the jublee clip holding it to the turbo could hardly tell till i removed it ,poke it!!mine was really soft and rotten!!
