had mine supplied and fitted by zen performance, lets put it this way im running 1.4 bar boost on a engine that has done 84k miles and its never been rebuilt, and the car pulls like a rocket, its much better on fuel now and alot smoother than before, best of all the midrange acceleration is fantastic

i had a FMIC, decat, induction. If you're pootling along and want instant acceleration, then a down shift is required, but there is really no extra noticeable lag. Better on fuel consumption too.
Now it has a better spread of power and you're on the wrong side of the law very quickly, pulls all the way with seemingly no end. The estimated figures (Power/torque around 300) would portray a modest increase. However, on track nailing it side by side with a 450bhp type RA, the RA only crept past down the straights, not blasting past me as I and the other driver expected.
So I guess thats what people mean by 'don't chase figures', and drivebility is more important.
