Default would resonator removal affect the MAF?

just tried it there on my motor MY99 and it sounds pretty good but im unsure if this will affect the MAF in the same way an ind kit would, as the airbox is now open at the wing, ive no other breathing mods(just centre decat) at present and boost levels are standard to the best of my knowledge

anyone else running it find any leaning out or MAF issues

Did mine 4 years ago on my Sti V3 and no probs at all.
Did have over boost / fuel cut when i added the 3'' exhaust though, but V3's are sensitive to this change anyway.

no - but you should get a air feed installed.
