Default Induction kits

hi just need a little help here getting different people telling me different things about which cold air induction kits to buy. Could do with other people who drive and use there subaru giving me there recommendations.

My impreza is an MY02.

All advice will gladly be recieved

got an powertec one on my turbo 2000 (w reg) and had no probs with sensors. Makes a great turbo spool up sound followed by the dump valve

Will induction kits not cause any running problems or over fueling etc if fitted to a standard sti?

I fancied one but was put off by the guys on here.....

will let you know have a appointment on thursday with the gents just up the road from me, at the scoobyclinic and find out what i got to do and get hold of.

Default induction kits

Been to see the gents at the scoobyclinic and asked there advise and they talked me through what was required info was great and disscussed all the different things so we went for the typhoon one (k+n) .yes it is oil based but they use this on there cars.

i fitted an RCM kit with enlarged MAF pipe at the same time the car was remapped. No probs with it at all and was actaully recommended by the mapper who had the same kit on his own car.
