Default Speedo - whats the difference??

Hi. I'm just going to buy replacement speedo and I need some help. Can someone tell me what can be the difference between those two sets? They both from 99 UK Turbo but they seems different Thanks.

The top picture looks like a standard UK speedo.
But the bottom looks a little odd to me, unless its from an auto model hence the extra vertical light panel inbetween the speedo & fuel/temp gauge.

Usually thats were the lights are for dccd setting but that on sti model & the rev counter would be in the middle. Or the plastic cover is missing inside making the speedo look a little different.

looks like the blacvk plastic cover is not on the second one...
