ive searched for ages about idling problems but no joy ,
can any1 help , ive got a 99 uk turbo and when it warms up it keeps goin from 800rpm 2 700rpm constantly droping and rising, ive orderd a new maf and get it 2morrow because im not sure if it has ever bein replaced, could it be anything else eg o2 sensor?
car runs fine apart from idle

Sounds like all the characteristics of a maf. Should cure it. Does it boost ok?

 

yes mate it boosts fine thought id change it any way, any ide where 2 get the security bit from 2 remove maf?
