Default Boost Pressure + Dump Valve

Hi there
I new here and new to scooby's.

I have 1995 wrx jap import and i have a few questions...

1. What standard boost should they run @. My gauge is showing 0.5 bar Max. does this sound right for standard??????

2. I have just fitted a Bailey dump valve but its not very loud any ideas how to make it louder????

Should be running more then 0.5bar.

Dump valve will sound louder when its running properly(Personally I hate them and you should really have done your homework before fitting one, standard recirc is fine)

elo mate, i bought my car standard and fitted a boost gauge and was running 12 psi which is bout 0.8 bar. check ur boost pipes and maybe clean out ur boost solenoid [dsf by air filter]
