Wink

V. II STi originally came out of the Yajima plant (not the smaller STi facility at Mitaka where previous versions were hand built) and were the first STi models to get the red intake manifold. Saloon came from the factory with 275bhp / 235lbft and the wagon with 260bhp / 227lbft.
They had the same C/R as previous STi models - 8.5:1

Cheers

Stewart.

Is it a Type RA? They didn't get the red manifold - kept the silver one from the previous model 'cause they used the same engines which were handbuilt (small plaque on the belt cover to say so) but there was production 'overlap' with some of the last original Type RAs being designated V. II.

Either that or someone's changed it!!
