Default HELP NEEDED URGENTLY PLEASE

I HAVE A FEW PROBLEMS THAT I NEED ADVISE ON.
1. MY TEMP GOES STRAIGHT TO THE TOP WITHIN 30 SECS OF STARTING THE ENGINE??????
I HAVE REPLACED THE ENGINE TEMP SENDER, AND FILLED THE COOLANT NO LEAKS ANYWHERE.
I HAVE A COUPLE OF FAULT CODES THAT COME UP.
21 - ENGINE TEMP SENSOR. WHICH I CHANGED.
45 - PRESSURE SENSOR. CAN I CLEAN THIS.
23 - MAF. DO I NEED TO JUST REPLACE THIS.
31 - THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR. CAN I CLEAN THIS.
MY MAIN CONCERN IS THE TEMP AS THE FANS ARE NOT COMING ON EITHER BUT THEY WORK ON THE ECU TEST. I THOUGH THAT WHEN YOU HAVE A FAULTY TEMP SENSOR IT PUT THE TEMP GAUGE RIGHT TO THE TOP AND THE FANS COME ON BUT MY FANS AREN'T. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP IM STARTING TO GO MAD AND MY POCKET GETS LIGHTER BY THE MINUTE.

There is no way your engine would overheat within 30 seconds of starting unless you are running a challenger space shuttle, it must be electrical fault

there is two sensors.. one for the gauge and one for the engine..

did you replace the one with the plug connection? the temperature gauge on the dash uses the other sensor next to it with the spade connector.. I would suggest tghis sensor is faulty or the wiring is faulty to it.
