Default Torque rate for Stut brace

If fitting a front strut brace.. does anyone know the torque setting to tighten the nuts down?

I know it's not much, but just wanted to know the exact rate.

It's a MY01 WRX.

Strut top mount to body 14.5 ft-lb.
