Default Is H&S Japstyle Loud cruising?

Hi, is the H&S Japstyle loud when cruising? Rest of system is standard?

I need more pronounced burble but must be quiet when cruising.

Is it louder than TSL Group N?

i have one on my 02 sti, up until recently it was running completely standard for the rest of the system, and it sounded great. The exhaust was really good when cruising along at motorway speeds, not to over powering, but when you wanted it to scream, it screamed!

^^^ I agree with that completely, I run a 2007 STi with a straight through centre section too.

Cheers,

They are pretty loud on the motorway. It will be louder than a TSL Group N.
I changed from a Prodrive back box and the H&S is much louder than that.
I like it that way and as said you do get used to it.
