I am looking at a friends 02 WRX, with an intermittant boost loss or loss of power.
I have carried out the self test using the wires under the dash. I tested his boost pressure solenoid and it appeared dead until i tested on my impeza and it seems to work.
Sounds like its either badly earthed or not getting a signal from the ECU.
Does anyone know where the two wires on the solenoid go to i pressume one goes to ECU, but am having difficulty tracing the other.
