will hks 256 cams go on phase1 wrx heads?

will hks 256 cams go on phase1 wrx heads?
I have a set on phase1 heads that are ported and polished but they have hydraulic lifters and i wondered if i would be ok putting the 256 cams on them. Would i also need the uprated valve springs to be safe? The cams aren't to wild but to replace lifters,springs and caps would cost a fortune for little gain i think so i wondered what would be safe and has anybody else done this???
