Default 2007 STi

What turbo do I have on my car?? Is it still a VF35 as used on Blobeye STi's or is it another that they now use with the 2.5 engine in the 2007 STi.

Cheers,
Grant

Ok, so what are the details/limits of a VF43 then?? Is it roller bearing?? What are the boost limitations?? Is it twin-scroll??

You arent mad for keeping your warranty are you?!

Interesting you maxed out at 343bhp, I know of someone that managed 370bhp from a Ported VF35 on a MY05 STi.. I was hoping that the VF43 would spool 350/350 reasonably comfortably on the 2.5 STi engine.... Thats a bugger!!

Not a twin scroll, normal single scroll, then your problem is not how much the turbo can take but how much the pistons can take before they break as their design isnt exactly brilliant (unlike the 2ltr which is stronger )
