Bearing in mind I use V-POWER all the time which apparently has fuel cleaning substances in already. Is there anything I can add to the fuel to give the engine a really good clean out?

 

On a previous car I had good results with STP injector cleaner, I also did a blind test on my dad's car that gave good results. I use it regularly due to this so cannot make a comment currently as to if it has benefited my Scooby.
