Default Questions for the experts

is this a good combination of simple mods:

car:uk type sti 8

1. hks equal length headers
2. nur spec r
3. 550 injecters ready for bigger turbo
4. hks top mount inter cooler
5. tek 3 map

what gains and good for the money?

1. fine, nice headers.. but also consider gruppe-s, and the 3bolt flange ones.
2. nur spec is very loud with reasonable flow, others flow better and are not so loud.. depends what you want
3. standard injectors are okay for a reasonable size turbo.. depending on your definition of bigger turbo..
4. standard intercooler on the sti8 is very good.. I wouldn't change it for another tmic.. only worth going fmic when you start getting to beyond 400bhp or doing a lot of track work imho.
5. tek 3 is not the other way to remap the standard ecu.

Wouldn't it be cheaper in the longrun to get the turbo now and remap once rather than twice ?
