Default How Long to change a rear Diff MY98 ?

How long to change the diff (just the casing , Don't need to remove the Diff itself Etc) on an MY98 Scoob. ?

Do the back Hubs have to be removed to enable removal of the rear drive shafts ?? Or can you get enough travel once the casing is un-bolted & dropped from the car Etc ??

Advice appreciated .

Thanks

Dean

will take you a couple of hours the easy way is to drop the diff and pry one shaft out first(drivers side) then the other you need a trolley jack to do it then when you put it back in put the passenger shaft in then the other and snap them in place as you lift it up if they do not lock in place you will have to take tyres off then smack the end of the shaft to lock it in.It is not a hard job just that it is heavy.Would be easier if you had a lift and a tranny jack??
