Hi,

The passenger window of my 2001 bugeye WRX is playing up. It started to come up at funny angles and would either leave a gap or go over the edge of the side of the car. Then yesterday it wouldn't come up at all. I managed to pull it up and get it into place but when you press the electric window button it just clicks.

Help?!!?

I did a search on SN and found that it has happened to a few people, but there aren't any solutions on those posts. Should I take the car into Subaru, or jsut take the door card off myself and is there a quick fix? Has a part worn out?

it's come out of the bottom bracket inside the door. If it's any consolation it happened to my MY01 when I had it too....

If you aren't comfortable taking the door to bits take it to your local specialist or dealer and they'll sort it no problem...

cheers for that. I'll take a look and see if i can get the door card off and see what's what, but may be best to drop it into Subaru.
