Which dump valve?

Which dump valve?
Hi Guys!
New to this, picked up a 98 R plate turbo wagon on Friday. Its a standard (at the moment) UK car. Only problem is I can't work out if its a Version 4 or Version 5 so can't order a dump valve! Its the later shape - smaller front lights I think, does this mean its a 5? There will probably be plenty more blonde questions to follow so bear with me!
Would appreciate any advice!
