Default Hesitating at low revs!

I have a 2001 WRX Bugeye. It has 66K and i have noticed that it hesitates when the revs are low. Once the booste starts to build it pulls fine! Does anyone have any ideas what it could be?

i got a universal one and it did not work for some reason,so i bit the bullit and got one from subaru from memory i think it was about £125
you could try Just Lambda for UK lambda sensor sales and check for a bosch universal, mine was a cheap one so i think thats why it did not work
