Dave : I am aware of several cars, 420-480 bhp on my headers and matched up-pipe.
Nick : STi heads and cams will breath better than your WRX items. STi 3 or 4 would be good for you as your inlet manifold will still fit. Avoid STi 1 or 2.
If you get STi 5/6 then also get the 5/6 inlet manifold. You then need phase 2 injectors.
You are looking at big expenditure if you go for a head change.
I would respectfully suggest that your first task is to get you engine up and running properly with the extensive spec you already have.

Shane,
Based on what ?
I'm aware of two 2.0lt cars with MD321T's on, one made 455bhp, and the other 456bhp, both on Dyno Dynamics rolling roads !!!
The MD321T is certainly capable of it, it just need a good, well set up, and mapped engine !!!
Personally, I would stick to either STi3, or STi 4 heads. Whilst STi5/6 heads, and manifold will fit, you'll have issues with the idle speed control, in as much as your PFC won't be able to control it.
There will be ways around it, but it's not worth the grief.
Mark.
