Default Hesitation & Low idle!!!!!!

I have a 2001 WRX Bugeye and at low revs when the engine is at normal running temp there appears to be a slight hesitation. I have tried a new MAF & plugs, the coil packs are ok so does anyone have any ideas? The car has done 66K.

My second question is baout the idle, It seems to be idling at about 500 rpm yet when hooked up to the computer at the subaru garage the reading was between 700-750. Should i trust thier computer or my own rev counter?

Any answers would be much appreciated!!!
