HI MY MILOMETER DOESNT CHANGE AT ZERO CHANGES AT 3rd TENTH

ANY REASON WHY OR ANY1 ELSE HAD SIMILAR PROBS OR ANY IDEAS 4 ME 2 CHECK ? THANKS GUYS

In my experience it is very rare that these things fail unless they have been tampered with ie "clocked"
