I'm going to keep a TSL Group N exhaust for everyday driving and will be fitting my H&S japstyle for shows/tunnel runs etc. It's a 04 JDM STI....
Q. What size socket is required - i havent got the right one(s) so will need to buy it/them anyway?
Q. Any danger of swapping, say, once/twice a month in the summer?
Q. Do the gaskets normally need to be renewed every swap?
Thanks
Trevor

Can't remember the socket size but i think it's 15mm, no problem swapping the boxes over and the gasket should be changed every time but i've reused mine 3 times with no problems.
Why don't you get a bung made up by H&S or maybe this one will fit, it would be easier than changing the backbox every time

Back box on mine was 14mm. next joint section towards the engine with the springs was 17mm iirc.
oh and make sure you have a 6 sided socket cause i used a multi sided socket and rounded of the nut!
but used a 6 sided and hammered it on and hey presto it was easy!
