Has anyone had any experience with these? I managed to get a v cheap set so i whacked them on, but i am having problems with:-

A- Powerloss and more lag. (lag kind of expected due to larger bore)

B- Fouling on the body and making the car feel like it has solid engine mounts.


I havent had the wideband on there yet, so i couldnt say what is happening there, but with full ex system/filter and headers could i be maxxing the pump?

This is all on a UK98

i got a set on mine thay didnt fit that well hittin the sump and front of body had 2 mod them a bit 3 fit but been ok since with no probs

 

Yeah i have had to do the same, did you notice an instant improvement in performance with them on? As i have not, if anything its laggier and doesnt feel any quicker top end.

 

didnt really notice any diff but ive had no more lag since

 

What needs modding on them ?

Just ordered a complete system inc headers for my uk MY02 wrx.
