Question stiv3 unequal length manifolds

hi, just a question, normally all classic sti does have unequal length manifolds so they produce that typical off throttle burble that we all love, i had an MY02 wrx and he also did it, great, but i've now an stiv3 wagon v-limited and when i lift off there's no typical burble.
does it means that my car hasn't any more unequal lenght manifold? how do i know wich kind of manifold is it, i mean unequal or equal?
thanks
cheers!

At a guess:
If the exhaust manifold is cast with heat sheilds the manifold is unequal length. Only the very latest Type C's are equal I think.
If tubular then most likely unequal, but some are equal and a few in between!

The loss of the distinctive burble sounds like you have tubular headers fitted rather than the OEM cast type headers and as Graham mentions there are a number of different designs each portraying different characteristics in their power delivery.
