Short Block from Subaru UK?

I want a 2 litre short block to re-build my 99MY classic. Can I get one direct from Subaru UK (West Brom?) without having to go via a money-grabbing dealer?
Anybody got a contact?

it's only 1500 sqiud for an sti short engine.
