hi there folks i have a 95 wrx import only mod is back box and k&n cone filter .i have a adjustable boost controller and a boost gauge.only had car a couple of months, just on the understanding this is a standard set up with tdo4 etc, what is the max boost this car will handle cos it peaks at 0.8-0.9 then drops off to 0.6ish.i have not touched the controller since i bought it but im getting conflicting advise some people tell me it will run up to 1.1 bar easy and would give me no probs and others say it wont, it will cut out or ill melt pistons etc etc .i dont wannt to wind it up an it dets on me.so you fellas got any ideas all arguments an explenations would b most appreciated ..psi is no good to me as my gauge is in bar

1.1 bar is no prob what so ever, my uk is running about 1.25 adn they have weaker pistons, i would have thought 1.3 1.35 is prob about the max you wanna go, but realy need to speak to who ever maps your car to get best results, its not always best to have the max it can be
