Default power cut at cruising speeds...

Can anyone shed some light on above prob...??

Car is a MY99 UK Turbo no mods apart from panell filter and back box...When cruising at 65 - 70 power seems to cut out for a second then ok again not massive loss of power just makes the car feel like its misfiring but it sounds ok..???????????????

Cheers.

Default ecu

check your ECU codes.....do a search.
I have 'MY99 classic.....when that happened to me the ECU code was 32.....O2 sensor....now getting my engine rebuilt.....Don't want to frighten you but these beasts are not that hardy...not as hardy as everyone on here thinks so anyway.
