Default Apexi AVC-R

Hi all,

what are people's general thoughts on these - i am looking to have a mapping session with Simon AKA Jolly Green Monster, and he says they are a handy piece of kit.

I have a prodrive 3 port currently, but wanted to know if the apexi 3 port solenoid which comes with the AVC-R package is better unit?

Any other suggestions or opinions would be great before i part with my cash.

Ta Chris.

they are good pieces of kit, allows for rpm specific boost levels etc.

Dont know if there would be much difference in the solenoid itself (my previous solenoid was a 3 port), but the soleoid supplied does the job and in my opinion does it well. Also you will not be disappointed with JGM, does a good job

Also offers gear dependant boost control, which i don't think can be done on the early ECUTEk ECU's.
I've got one to fit on mine and thats the reason i bought it.

Obviously you can have different preset boost levels aswell.
