Default Removing Radiator

Is it just held in by the two bolts on top and the two hoses, or are there bolts at the bottom if it aswell?

Thanks

Gary

Yeah thats it.

You have to pull it upwards when removing it because there a prongs in the bottom that hold the bottom in place

I tried changing my radiator today - couldn't flippin get the bottom hose off! The wire clip that holds it onto the rad is siezed solid - turning the nut just bent the clip!

I'll need to buy a new clip when I do eventually manage to release it....

Exactly the same happened with me. The bottom hose clip was seized, I just got a new jubilee clip from my local halford in the end (70p)
Quite a nice easy job apart from that clip.

He, he.

If only it was that simple.....the bottom support bracket on mine had rusted to the point that it disintegrated as I tried to pull the rad up!
In the end I had to break off the remaining bits of rust, and the two prongs were left behind in the rubber bungs in the bottom cross member of the car!
