engine torque settings

hi
does anyone know the torque settings for con rod nuts and the long bolts that hold the 2 sides of block together for early wrx. thanks matt

Rod Nuts 46 Nm
M10 Block Bolts 50 Nm
M8 Block Bolts 25 Nm
Lightly Oil threads on all of the above prior to Assembly.
