Apexi commander question

Do all commanders work with the Apexi ECU's ? Friend has just bought a car with a power FC but it does not have the commander with it.

Nope you need to find the correct commander for that version of ecu. Speak to Jolly green monster (Simon), he will be able to advise your friend of the right model.
