Hi, can anyone tell me which is the best or which one works best on a 96 STI?

I've had an STi and a Green. The STi was built like a brick ****house, as far as filters go. Whether this was great for airflow I don't know. When I switched it for a Green Gp.N job (from TSL, not the normal green coloured weave) it made a big difference in airflow. You can put them side by side and see that it wil flow a lot more than the STi. I can't see any reason why a K&N would be any different from a standard Green, they're both cotton pleat, just different colours.
