Will it not dump when the auto box goes through the gears?
Is it worth fitting?

I've got one on my wrx auto, it came on the car when i got it. You will only hear the dump valve when you let off the accerator and thats only if the turbo has kicked in, you do not hear it when the gear changes. I was thinking of getting a recirc one put back on mine as i have read that a dump valve can only lose you power and some people on hear refitted a recirc and found they've had a power increase, your probally not talking alot performance wise but then again the amount you will hear it is quite minimal appart from on the motorway
